This notification is intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from all liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Lutheran Church as regards to the scheduled participation of Trinity Lutheran Bible Camp. The undersigned further agrees to abide by the safety guidelines, rules, and regulations as stated by TLBC, and I/we recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with camping and activities. I/we assume full responsibility for any personal injury to myself or my family members. I/we further release and discharge Trinity Lutheran Church and Trinity Lutheran Bible Camp for injury, whether caused by the fault of myself or my family, TLBC, or third parties. I/we hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue TBLC or its host congregation Trinity Lutheran Church Olympia, its employees or volunteers from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my/our account. I/we have read this document and understand that by signing the release, I/we voluntarily surrender certain legal rights and acknowledge reading, understanding and agree with the terms and conditions, guidelines, waiver, and release form.Please read the above waivers and agreements carefully. They include release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprive you of the ability to sue certain parties.
